The north of Extremadura is a paradise for walkers and mountain bikers. Discover the virginal scenery here and enjoy the endless panoramic views. If you love mountains and valleys, lakes, rivers or forests: you can enjoy all of this in Extremadura. Some walking and cycling routes start directly outside the camp site. Other routes start from less than a 30 minute drive.   Extremadura is also a paradise for bird watchers. You don’t even have to be a bird expert to see on your route many rare and impressive species like the blue magpie, the black stork, the hop, the griffon, black vulture and the great busterd. A small colony of blue magpies lives on our site and there are weekly flights of griffons and sometimes black vultures over our grounds.
